📦 Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flashpoint Sports Fuel. We are committed to fueling your endurance journey with clean, science-based sports nutrition. Please review our return and refund policy below:

🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of our product (consumable sports nutrition), we do not accept returns of any opened or used items.

We only accept returns for unopened, sealed items under the following conditions:

  • Product was received damaged

  • Incorrect item was delivered

  • Product has not passed its expiration but is spoiled or defective

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please email us at hello@flashpointportsfuel.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Description of the issue

We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund or replacement.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If your product is damaged or defective but not eligible for return, we may issue a partial refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the courier.

  • Flashpoint is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues but we will assist to the best of our ability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Free samples

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products purchased from third-party resellers or stores
